Haus-Envy processes orders Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm. Orders placed on the weekends will be processed the following week. Orders placed by 5 p.m. can be shipped the next business day, however we do not make any guarantees on delivery times.

Please keep in mind that the delivery clock starts when the package is in the hands of the carrier not when the order is placed.

Most items will be shipped directly from our retail store in Bradenton, FL, however any items drop-shipped directly from a vendor may take longer to process. For this reason, orders placed together may ship separately.

Delivery is available for a fee and coordinated each week based on volume and location.  The specifics will be determined at the time of purchased based on number of items and special requests.


We are committed to providing you with a seamless online shopping experience. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you have 7 days from date of sale or shipment to initiate a return. Start Your Return or shoot us an email to [email protected] and we’ll give you instructions for returning your goods. 

All refunds are issued via original payment method (minus shipping) within 7 days of received date. Late returns will be refunded to store credit, assuming they are in their new and unused condition. Refunds may take up to 10 days to process. 

At our discretion, refunds may be issued for used or damaged items. Please send an email to [email protected] if your purchase arrives damaged. Be sure to include photos of the damaged pieces as well as the original packaging. 

Please note that some of our products have an irregular or distressed finish, and therefore they may have blemishes. These items are meant to be unique, therefore the product cannot be considered defective. All return shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.


We are proud to find you one-of-a-kind items for your shopping experience, however that means items tend to sell-out quickly. In order to accommodate we make every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. If an item is not available for your immediate shipment, you will see a future shipping date (eg: Ships on Aug. 1) when you view that item in your shopping cart. We will notify you directly in the event that a product’s availability date changes.
